Data Erasure Request
We will delete all your associated data within 90 days of receiving your data erasure request via WhatsApp or SMS from your registered mobile number on our WhatsApp +918866175570. Once your account is deleted, you will be logged out immediately. Alternatively you can email us on hey@polopan.com with your identification and documents to verify the ownership of your account in case you aren’t able to reach out to us on WhatsApp for whatsoever reason.
Location Sharing
You can optionally share your location with us by giving us access via GPS or sharing your location manually. Location is required for the functionality “What to Wear Today?” on your Discovery section of the application.
Chrome Extension Policy
If you use our Chrome or Edge extension, it may capture an image locally for the purpose of searching products against it. We do not store any images or related tracking data on our servers.
