These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the PoloPan mobile application, website, Chrome/Edge extension, and any related services (collectively, the “Service”) provided by Rofoso Consumer Private Limited (“PoloPan,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Our Privacy Policy is incorporated by reference into these Terms. By creating an account, accessing, or using our Service, you expressly agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not access or use the Service.

Service Description
PoloPan is an AI-powered fashion discovery platform. We provide personalized style recommendations and help users discover complete outfits by aggregating product information from various third-party retailers.
No Commercial Transactions
PoloPan is not a retailer and does not sell any products. We only provide recommendations and links to Third-Party Retailers. We are not a party to any transaction between you and any Third-Party Retailer.
No Product Customer Service
We do not handle refunds, returns, exchanges, shipping, or customer service related to products purchased from Third-Party Retailers. All such matters must be resolved directly with the respective retailer.
User Eligibility Age
The Service is not intended for children under the age of 13. By using the Service, you affirm that you are at least 13 years old.
Term Duration
These Terms remain in effect for as long as you use the Service or until your account is terminated. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including ownership, licenses, disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability) will continue to apply.
Account Registration & Security
Account Creation
You may create an account using your phone number. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and keep it updated.
Account Responsibility
You are solely responsible for the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use.
Right to Refuse or Cancel
We reserve the right to refuse registration, suspend, or terminate your account at our sole discretion for any violation of these Terms or applicable law.

Anonymized Data
We may collect and share anonymized and aggregated data from your interactions to improve our AI models and for market analysis.

Certain social features may require access to your device’s contact list with your permission. You can use core features without granting this access.

You retain ownership of any User Content you post. By posting it, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use it solely to operate and promote the Service.

You agree not to post content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or infringes third-party rights. You must comply with all applicable laws including the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines) Rules.

Catalog & Recommendation Accuracy
Product information comes from Third-Party Retailers. AI recommendations are for informational purposes only and may not suit every user, body type, or occasion. We are not responsible for decisions made based on our suggestions.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability shall not exceed INR 1,000 or the amount you paid us (if any) in the preceding 12 months. We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rofoso Consumer Private Limited from any claims arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or your User Content.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or applicable law. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases, but surviving obligations remain.

Feedback
Any feedback you provide may be used by us without compensation or restriction.
