Overview
These Shopify Merchant Terms of Service ("Merchant Terms") govern the relationship between Rofoso Consumer Private Limited (operating as "PoloPan") and merchants ("Merchant", "you") who install and use the PoloPan Shopify App for catalog syncing, first-party referral attribution, conversion tracking, and merchant analytics.

Service Scope
The PoloPan Shopify App synchronizes active storefront product catalogs and verifies qualifying referral orders generated through PoloPan's curated outfit discovery platform. It operates using proprietary first-party attribution tokens and order webhook verification to calculate performance metrics, referral commissions, and merchant dashboard analytics without gathering or harvesting merchant customer PII.
First Party Attribution Infrastructure
PoloPan provides proprietary, in-house affiliate attribution. Attribution is calculated on minimal order hashes (Order ID, currency, total, line item IDs) and PoloPan first-party click tokens. The app does not install invasive third-party ad pixels or sell store conversion data to external ad brokers.

Attribution Window
Referral conversions are tracked using standard 30-day first-party click-to-conversion windows unless customized by mutual agreement.
Multi Currency Reconciliation
Order totals are recorded in the transaction currency and reconciled using standardized exchange rates for usage and commission settlements.
Commission Settlement
Commission rates, usage fees, and billing cycles are defined in the Merchant's agreed plan or Shopify App billing terms.
Merchant Obligations
Merchants represent and warrant that: (a) they are authorized to install the app and sync store catalogs; (b) product listings, pricing, and images comply with all applicable laws; and (c) their store privacy policy contains appropriate disclosures regarding first-party analytics and referral attribution under GDPR, CCPA, and DPDP.
Compliance And DPA
PoloPan acts as a Data Processor / Service Provider. The data processing relationship is governed by our separate Data Processing Agreement (DPA), which incorporates Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) for international merchants.
Termination
Uninstalling the PoloPan Shopify app immediately revokes API access and terminates future webhook events. Ingested operational logs are deleted or anonymized within thirty (30) days in accordance with our DPA, except where required for legal and accounting records.
