Overview

These Shopify Merchant Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern how merchants (“Merchant”, “you”) use the PoloPan Shopify application (the “App”) provided by Rofoso Consumer Private Limited (“PoloPan”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

These Terms apply specifically to merchants integrating the PoloPan Shopify app for conversion tracking, reporting, and billing/usage calculations. By installing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Service Scope

The PoloPan Shopify app processes Shopify store and order-related data required to provide:

• Conversion tracking

• Performance reporting

• Billing and usage calculations

The App does not require customer personal contact details (such as name, email, phone number, or address) for its core functionality.

Data Minimization

We follow a data minimization approach and process only the data necessary to operate the App effectively. This may include:

• Storefront URL

• Order identifiers

• Timestamps

• Order totals and currency

• Line items

• Internal attribution identifiers

We do not intentionally collect or process unnecessary personal data.

Merchant Obligations

By using the App, you agree that:

• You are responsible for ensuring your store’s privacy policy clearly discloses the use of third-party analytics and attribution tools, including PoloPan.

• You comply with all applicable data protection and privacy laws.

• You have obtained any necessary consents required to use such services.

Failure to meet these obligations may result in suspension or termination of access to the App.

Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your Shopify store.

Upon uninstallation:

• Future data transfer from Shopify to PoloPan will stop.

• Previously collected data may be retained where necessary for:

  • Legal compliance

  • Security purposes

  • Fraud prevention

  • Billing and reconciliation

General Provisions

• These Terms are supplemental to PoloPan’s main Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

• In case of conflict, these Merchant Terms shall apply specifically to Shopify App usage.

• PoloPan reserves the right to update these Terms at any time, with updates reflected in the “Last Updated” date.
